Spicy Paneer Sandwich

A delicious and quick paneer sandwich combining soft, spiced paneer with fresh veggies and toasted bread, perfect for a fulfilling snack or light meal.

Steps

1. In a bowl, mix paneer cubes with chaat masala, red chili powder, salt, and chopped green chili. 2. Spread mayonnaise or green chutney evenly on one side of each bread slice. 3. On one slice, layer the spiced paneer, tomato slices, cucumber, onion, and fresh coriander leaves. 4. Cover with the other slice of bread, mayonnaise/chutney side down. 5. Heat a pan and melt butter over medium heat. 6. Place the sandwich on the pan, press gently, and toast until golden brown on one side (about 2-3 minutes). 7. Flip and toast the other side until golden and crispy. 8. Remove from pan, cut diagonally, and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
