Steps
1. Marinate pork with soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and garlic. Let sit for 20 minutes.
2. Prepare pickled vegetables by mixing carrot and cucumber with vinegar, sugar, and salt. Set aside.
3. Grill or pan-fry the pork slices over medium heat until cooked and slightly caramelized, about 4-5 minutes per side.
4. Slice the baguette lengthwise, spread mayonnaise inside.
5. Layer grilled pork, pickled vegetables, fresh cilantro, and chili slices inside the baguette.
6. Close the sandwich, press lightly, and serve immediately.
