Steps
1. Season the salmon fillet with Caribbean jerk seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
3. In a small bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, chili, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt to make the mango salsa.
4. Toast the sandwich bun slices lightly.
5. Spread mayonnaise on one side of the toasted bun.
6. Place cooked salmon on the bun, top with sliced avocado and a generous spoonful of mango salsa.
7. Close the sandwich with the other bun slice and serve immediately.
