Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add sliced onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
3. Stir in cumin and smoked paprika, cook for 1 minute.
4. Add carrot sticks and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp.
5. Add chickpeas, salt, and pepper, cook for another 3 minutes.
6. Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice.
7. Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley before serving.
