Steps

1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic to create the marinade. 2. Add the sliced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 4. Add the marinated chicken to the pan, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. 5. Add the bell peppers and broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onion if desired. 8. Serve hot on its own or with steamed rice.
