1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic to make the glaze. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. 3. Add sliced chicken breast and season lightly with salt and pepper. 4. Stir-fry the chicken until it starts to brown and is nearly cooked through. 5. Add bell peppers and snap peas, cooking for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. 6. Pour the soy sauce glaze over the chicken and vegetables, stirring continuously to coat evenly. 7.
