Steps

1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. 3. Warm the tortilla in a dry pan or microwave for 20 seconds. 4. Lay the tortilla flat and layer with cooked rice, black beans, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and cooked shrimp. 5. Add sliced avocado and a dollop of sour cream. 6. Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to form a burrito. 7. Serve with a lime wedge for an extra zing.
