Steps

1. Season the tuna fillet with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Add the tuna fillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. 4. Remove the tuna from the skillet and set aside. 5.
