Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the inside, leaving about 1-inch thick walls.
3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
4. Add vegetable broth and dried herbs, bring to a simmer.
5. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper; cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
6. Pour the soup into the hollowed bread bowl.
7. Place the filled bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until bread is slightly crispy.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
