Penne Primavera with Bacon

Steps

1.Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. 2.In a large skillet over medium heat, fry the bacon cubes until crisp, about 3 minutes. 3.Add the bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes until softened. 4.Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. 5.Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine. 6.Stir in the olive oil and parsley and season with salt and pepper. 7.Serve the Penne Primavera with Bacon in individual bowls.
