Pear and Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast

Tender chicken breast stuffed with a flavorful mixture of pears and creamy goat cheese, baked to perfection.

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Cut a pocket in the side of the chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through. 3. In a small bowl, mix together the diced pear, goat cheese, thyme leaves, salt, and pepper. 4. Stuff the pear and goat cheese mixture into the pocket of the chicken breast. 5. Season the outside of the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 6. Place the stuffed chicken breast on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. 7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
