Steps

1. Pat the mackerel fillet dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Place the mackerel fillet skin-side down and cook for 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy. 4. Flip the fillet gently and cook for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through. 5. In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice. 6. Remove the fish from the pan and plate it. 7. Spoon the lemon herb sauce over the fish. 8. Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve immediately.
