Steps
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a small heart-shaped cake pan.
2. In a bowl, whisk the egg and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Stir in the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
4. Gently fold in the flour until just combined.
5. Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Let the cake cool completely on a wire rack.
7. In another bowl, whip the cream cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until smooth and light.
8. Slice the cake horizontally to make two layers (if possible).
9. Spread half the cream cheese filling on the bottom layer, then top with some sliced strawberries.
10. Place the top layer back and spread remaining filling over the cake surface.
11. Artfully arrange sliced kiwi, strawberries, and mixed berries on top.
12. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
13. Using the red edible gel icing pen or melted chocolate, carefully write 'Happy Mother's Day' on the cake surface.
14. Chill the cake for at least 1 hour before serving.
