Steps
1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the salmon fillet.
4. Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
5. Carefully flip the salmon and grill for another 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
6. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a minute.
7. Serve warm, garnished with a slice of lemon.
