Steps
1. In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, ginger paste, and sugar.
2. Gradually add water while stirring until you achieve a smooth batter.
3. Transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe dish and cover it with plastic wrap.
4. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir, then microwave for another 1-2 minutes until it becomes thick and sticky.
5. Dust a clean surface with cornstarch. Pour the cooked rice mixture onto the surface and let it cool slightly.
6. Once cool enough to handle, knead the mixture a few times and shape it into a flat rectangle.
7. Cut into small squares or shapes and roll each piece in toasted sesame seeds.
8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for later.
