Chicken with Korean Honey–Sesame Glaze

Tender chicken breasts glazed with a sweet and savory Korean-inspired honey-sesame sauce. This dish balances the richness of honey with the nuttiness of toasted sesame seeds and a hint of garlic and ginger.

Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. 4. Add the chicken breast and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. 5. Reduce heat to low and pour the honey-sesame sauce over the chicken. 6. Spoon the sauce repeatedly over the chicken to glaze it evenly, cooking for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. 7. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the chicken and garnish with chopped green onions if desired. 8. Serve hot with steamed rice or vegetables.
