Homemade Yogurt from Powdered Milk

Steps

1. Dissolve the powdered milk in warm water, stirring until completely smooth. 2. Add the plain yogurt starter to the milk mixture and stir gently to combine. 3. Pour the mixture into a clean container, cover it with a lid or cloth. 4. Keep the container in a warm place (around 40°C) for 6-8 hours to allow fermentation. 5. After fermentation, refrigerate the yogurt for at least 2 hours before serving. 6. Serve chilled, plain or with your favorite toppings.
