1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes if using; cook until pink and opaque, about 3 minutes per side.
5. Stir in the remaining butter, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
6. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the shrimp and garlic butter, mixing well to combine and heat through.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
