Korean Fried Chicken Bibimbap

Steps

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the egg sunny-side up until the whites are set. Remove and set aside. 2. In the same pan, sauté the mixed vegetables for about 2-3 minutes until just tender. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, and stir to combine. 3. Place cooked rice in a bowl and arrange the sautéed vegetables and fried chicken on top. 4. Add the fried egg on top of the chicken and drizzle with gochujang. 5. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
