Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat olive oil and 1/2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Cook the chicken breast for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly.
7. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and heat for another 2 minutes.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
