Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet, skin-side down.
3. Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes until the skin is golden brown. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
6. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese, mixing until well combined.
7. Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over it. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
