1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 4. Season the pork chop with salt and pepper on both sides. 5. Sear the pork chop in the hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side. 6.
