Steps

2. Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the chicken thigh skin side down and sear for 5 minutes until golden and crispy.
5. Flip the chicken and cook for 2 minutes on the other side.
6. In a small bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce.
7. Brush the honey mixture over the chicken.
8. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
9. Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with fresh thyme if desired, and serve.
