Steps
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
3. Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper.
4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
5. Sear the chicken thigh skin-side down until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
6. Flip the chicken and brush half of the honey mixture over the skin.
7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, brushing the remaining honey glaze halfway through.
8. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
