Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and paprika together to create the glaze.
2. Season the pork chop with salt on both sides.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add the pork chop to the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until nicely browned.
5. Pour the honey garlic glaze over the pork chop and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, basting the pork with the glaze.
6. Remove from heat, let it rest for a couple of minutes, then serve hot.
