Steps

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Add the cooked black beans to the skillet and fry for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through and slightly crispy. 3. Sprinkle the crumbled semi-dry cheese over the beans and let it warm for 1-2 minutes. 4. Warm the corn tortillas on a separate pan or directly on the stove flame for about 30 seconds each side. 5. Plate the fried beans with cheese, place the two warm tortillas on the side, and add the slice of avocado. 6. Season with salt to taste and serve immediately.
