Steps
1. Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
4. While the chicken cooks, prepare the salad by combining mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber in a bowl.
5. Slice the grilled chicken and add it on top of the salad.
6. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.
7. Toss gently to combine and sprinkle with feta cheese if desired.
8. Serve immediately.
