Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and half the cinnamon.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken breast and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
6. Add apple slices, remaining cinnamon, and honey; cook for 3-4 minutes until apples are tender and caramelized.
7. Return chicken to the skillet to warm through and coat with glaze.
8. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the dish before serving if desired.
