Steps
1. Brew the instant coffee powder with 2 tablespoons of hot water and let it cool slightly.
2. In a blender, combine the rolled oats, banana, whole milk, brewed coffee, sugar, and peanut butter if using.
3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
4. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again for a chilled smoothie.
5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
