Steps
1. In a small saucepan, combine the milk and instant coffee granules. Heat gently over medium heat until the coffee is dissolved and the milk is warm.
2. Stir in the rolled oats and sugar. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 5-7 minutes until the oats are soft and creamy.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and cinnamon if using.
