Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
2. Slice the banana and strawberries thinly; set aside.
3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg, milk, sugar, and salt together until well combined.
5. Stir the melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
6. Arrange banana and strawberry slices at the bottom of a small ovenproof ramekin.
7. Pour the chocolate custard mixture over the fruit.
8. Place the ramekin in a baking dish; add hot water to the dish until it reaches halfway up the sides of the ramekin.
9. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until the custard is set but still slightly wobbly in the center.
10. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
