1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside. 3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent. 4. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned. 5. Stir in the diced potato and carrot, cooking for about 5 minutes until slightly softened. 6. Add the tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 10 minutes. 7.
