Steps
1. Rinse the octopus tentacle under cold water.
2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and simmer the octopus for 40 minutes until tender.
3. Drain and pat dry the octopus.
4. Mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika to create the marinade.
5. Coat the octopus with the marinade and let it rest for 10 minutes.
6. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
7. Grill the octopus for 3-4 minutes on each side until slightly charred.
8. Remove from heat, sprinkle chopped parsley on top, and serve immediately.
