Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken breast and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
4. Place the tomato slices on top of the chicken.
5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the tomato slices.
6. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts.
7. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired, and serve hot.
