Steps
1. Clean the octopus tentacle thoroughly under cold water.
2. Bring a small pot of salted water to a boil and simmer the octopus tentacle for 30 minutes until tender.
3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
4. Drain the octopus and pat dry, then coat it with the marinade.
5. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
6. Grill the octopus for 3-4 minutes each side until slightly charred.
7. Remove from grill and let rest for 2 minutes.
8. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil and garnish with fresh parsley.
9. Serve with olives and cherry tomatoes if desired.
