Steps

2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Add shrimp to the skillet in a single layer.
5. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
6. Season with salt, pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
7. Stir to coat shrimp evenly and cook for another 30 seconds.
8. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
9. Serve immediately.
