Grilled Lemon Herb Trout

Steps

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 2. Place the trout fillet on a large piece of aluminum foil. 3. Drizzle the olive oil over the trout and season with thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. 4. Arrange the lemon slices on top of the trout. 5. Fold the aluminum foil to create a packet, sealing the edges tightly. 6. Grill the trout packet for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. 7. Carefully open the foil packet and transfer the trout to a serving plate. 8. Serve hot with additional lemon slices, if desired.
