Steps
1. In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt. Marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the bell pepper and broccoli to the pan, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the veggies are tender but crisp.
4. Drizzle with sesame oil and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve hot over rice or enjoy on its own.
