Steps

1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add grated ginger and minced garlic; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 3. Add the sliced chicken breast; cook until no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes. 4. Toss in bell peppers and broccoli; stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. 5.
