Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Wash and cut broccoli into bite-sized florets. 3. In a bowl, toss broccoli with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. 4. Spread broccoli evenly on a baking sheet. 5. Roast for 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly crispy. 6. Remove from oven and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over broccoli. 7. Drizzle lemon juice if using, and serve warm.
