Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta

A quick and flavorful pasta dish where margarine is used to create a rich garlic butter sauce that perfectly coats tender shrimp and spaghetti.

Steps

1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tbsp margarine over medium heat. 3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. 4. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. 5. Reduce heat to low and add remaining margarine, stirring until melted and sauce is creamy. 6. Toss cooked spaghetti into the skillet and mix well to coat with garlic butter sauce. 7. Sprinkle chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
