Steps

1. Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 3. Add the squid rings to the skillet; cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn opaque and slightly golden. 4. Season with salt and black pepper. 5. Stir in the remaining butter, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. 6. Cook for another minute, stirring to coat the squid evenly. 7. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
