Steps

1. Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 3. Stir in the remaining butter, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. 6. Cook for another minute, stirring to coat the squid evenly. 7. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
