Steps
1. Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and set aside.
2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth.
3. Heat the remaining milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
4. Add sugar and salt, stir until dissolved.
5. Gradually add the cornstarch mixture to the milk while stirring constantly.
6. Bring to a gentle boil and cook until the mixture thickens (about 3-4 minutes).
7. Remove from heat, add chopped chocolate and stir until fully melted and smooth.
8. Pour the pudding into a serving dish and let it cool to room temperature.
9. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
