Steps
1. Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces.
2. Heat the milk in a small saucepan until warm but not boiling.
3. Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
4. Allow the chocolate mixture to cool slightly.
5. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, honey (or sugar), and vanilla extract.
6. Gently fold the melted chocolate into the yogurt mixture until well combined.
7. Pour the mousse into a serving glass and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
8. Enjoy chilled.
