Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tail lengthwise down the middle and gently lift the meat out, resting it on top of the shell.
3. Place the lobster tail on a baking sheet.
4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
5. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
6. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley.
7. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
8. Season with salt and pepper.
9. Bake the lobster tail for 12-15 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
10. Remove from oven, brush with any remaining garlic butter, and garnish with a lemon wedge before serving.
