Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise down the center, exposing the meat.
3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Stir in the lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
5. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
6. Place the lobster tail on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
7. Remove from the oven and drizzle with any remaining garlic butter. Serve with lemon wedges.
