Garlic Butter Lemon Chicken Thigh

Steps

1. Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Add the chicken thigh skin-side down and cook until the skin is crispy and golden, about 6-7 minutes. 4. Flip the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes. 5. Reduce heat to low, add margarine and minced garlic to the pan. 6. Spoon the melted margarine and garlic over the chicken, then add lemon juice and zest. 7. Cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. 8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
