Steps
1. Separate the Oreo cookies into dark cookie parts and white cream parts.
2. Place the dark cookie parts into a blender or food processor.
3. Add lactose-free milk and condensed milk.
4. Blend until a thick, uniform dough forms.
5. If mixture is too liquid, add half a crushed Oreo cookie to thicken.
6. In a bowl, mix the separated Oreo white cream with lactose-free cream cheese.
7. Stir until smooth; add a teaspoon of milk if too thick.
8. Take a portion of the Oreo dough and form a ball.
9. Gently flatten the ball in your palm.
10. Place some cream filling in the center.
11. Close the ball around the filling and seal the edges well.
12. Repeat until all dough is used.
13. Place the balls on a tray lined with parchment paper.
14. Freeze for at least one hour to firm up before serving.
