Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
3. Stir in garlic and ginger paste, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add turmeric, cumin, coriander, and chili powder; stir well.
5. Add diced chicken and cook until lightly browned on all sides.
6. Lower heat and mix in the yogurt gradually, stirring continuously to avoid curdling.
7. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and sauce thickens.
8. Season with salt to taste.
9. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or flatbread.
