Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside. 3. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 4. Pour in the milk and bring to a gentle simmer. 5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce slightly thickens, about 3-4 minutes. 6. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the creamy sauce. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, then serve warm.
